From the deconstruct guide i have seen online it looks like to access the ram, located on the bottom side of the motherboard, one has to entirely remove the motherboard, and in order to do that one has to disconnect everything that is plugged into the top side of the motherboard.. Was wondering if its possible to upgrade motherboard and g/cpu on aspire e15. i have access to cheap motherboards and ram. i know that the g/cpu is glued to the motherboard in the aspire e15, so to upgrade this unit i will have to replace motherboard..
